WARRANTY POLICY

1-year limited warranty policy

At Pneus Avantages Plus, we are committed to providing superior service to all our customers. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on certain repair and maintenance services and on parts installed by our certified technicians.

1. Warranty coverage

This warranty covers, for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice.

  • Mechanical repair services performed by our qualified technicians;
  • New parts installed as part of these repairs;
  • Regular maintenance services includingalignment, brakes, suspension and other services related to the proper operation of the vehicle.
2. What the warranty covers
  • Labour defects resulting from repairs or maintenance performed at Pneus Avantages Plus;
  • Defective parts installed by us, subject to the manufacturer’s conditions;
  • Readjustment or replacement, free of charge, of covered components that fail during the warranty period.
3. What the warranty does not cover
  • Normal wear and tear of parts (e.g. brake pads, tires, wiper blades);
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification;
  • Any work carried out by a third party after our initial service;
  • Parts supplied by the customer or not purchased from Pneus Avantages Plus.
4. Complaints procedure

For all warranty claims :

  • Visit Pneus Avantages Plus;
  • Present the original service invoice;
  • A technician will perform an inspection to determine the eligibility of the claim.
5. Limits of liability

This warranty is the customer’s sole remedy for covered services. Pneus Avantages Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
